I'm an independent L&D consultant and learning architect with a master's in HRD from Texas A&M and over 15 years of experience designing capability solutions that connect to business outcomes. Engaged as OCM Lead and Learning Standards/Taxonomy Architect on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation. Built Function Task Inventories across six process areas (O2C, P2S, PSS, and others), developed role-based learning paths, and established curriculum standards for SME-validated training content on an accelerated go-live timeline.

Air Liquide — Global Learning Standardization

Led L&D and HSEQ training architecture for 18,000 employees across global manufacturing sites. Designed a standardized competency framework that reduced onboarding time by three weeks while maintaining 90%+ knowledge retention. Managed compliance training across regulated environments including PSM, OSHA, and ISO-aligned programs.

Halliburton — Technical Competency Programs

Served as Principal Instructional Design Lead, managing a team of instructional designers developing competency-based certification programs for drilling engineers. Increased certification pass rates from 50% to 90% through scenario-based e-learning, real-world simulations, and adaptive assessment design.
